And the 777-300ER now gives operators a perfect opportunity to extend that success. British Airways is currently flying three Boeing 777s to Havana. The flights are the first to be operated to Cuba by the British flag carrier’s 777s in 20 years. The aircraft have been dispatched to rescue British citizens stranded on the Fred Olsen Braemar cruise ship in the Caribbean. Dec 26, 2019 The next refurbished 777 is due to re-enter service in January, and from March, BA will add two refurbished 777 to its schedule per month. Improvements for London Gatwick fleet
If you're flying from London Gatwick, you can now look forward to a fully refreshed Boeing 777 fleet and new generation economy (World Traveller) and premium economy (World Traveller Plus) seats. The refreshed cabins will soon start appearing on the Boeing 777 fleet at London Gatwick and the whole fleet will be updated by Summer 2019.
The economy and premium economy cabins have been fitted with elegant new seats with 50% larger entertainment screens and each seat will have a USB socket.
